General Shipping Information

When: Orders will ship within one week from when they are placed. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive from the ship date. If orders are shipping during high-volume mail times, please refer to USPS directly for anticipated delivery periods.

How: Orders will be mailed through USPS and are leaving from Oakland, CA. Orders which include a postcard, bookmark, or larger sticker/magnet will ship with a tracking number. Orders without at least one of those items will be mailed by envelope and postage stamp and will not include a tracking number.

Where: Orders currently will be shipped to US addresses only.

 

Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping information (name and address) are correct before placing your order. Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders which are returned to sender because of incorrect addresses, can be resent if the buyer pays for the additional shipping fees. Any situation beyond this one can be discussed, please reach out if this occurs.

 

Package Hasn't Arrived

If tracking status is "in transit": Sometimes packages are delayed along the way, or not scanned properly at certain checkpoints. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if there appear to be delays in the scanning process.

If tracking status is "delivered": Sometimes orders are marked as delivered by the carrier but have not actually arrived to their destination yet. Please allow a few days for your order to show up. If your order still has not arrived and has been marked as delivered, I recommend following USPS's steps for Missing Mail. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

Order did not have tracking: Sometimes it takes a bit of extra time for mail to be delivered. Please allow another 5 business days for the envelope to arrive. If it has not arrived in that time, please get in contact.

 

Error In Your Order

If there is an error in the items shipped to you or something arrives damaged, please send an email "hello@queerprideus.com" and include the order number in the subject line. Within the email please include your name and a clear photo of everything included in your order and additional photo(s) of damaged aspect(s) of item(s) (if applicable).

 

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

If you need to modify your order, please get in contact immediately. If your order is packed and/or shipped by the time you reach out to me, it cannot be modified. 

I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

If you believe your order was placed in error, please contact me immediately. I cannot cancel orders that have already been packed and/or shipped.
